Dock is a software service offered by Grace & Cronos LLC.
These terms set the baseline rules for a business that uses Dock. They work with the order, the effective Privacy Policy, any other policy that states an effective date, and any signed addendum.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service govern access to Dock's websites, software, workspaces, support, and related services. These terms form an agreement between you and Grace & Cronos LLC. Dock is a software service offered by Grace & Cronos LLC.
A person who accepts these terms for a business confirms that the person may bind that business. "You" means that business and its authorized users. "Dock" means the software service, related websites, and support that Grace & Cronos LLC provides under the Dock brand.
Your order or checkout record and any signed service addendum also form part of the agreement. A policy applies only when its published page states an effective date on or before your order. An order or signed addendum controls over these terms for the specific service it covers.
2. The Dock service
Dock provides a business operating workspace configured around the plan, edition, industry, market, and options shown in your order. Plans describe entitlement and service depth. Editions describe the workspace configuration. Buying Starter, Pro, or Managed does not by itself select Dock CRM, Dock Store, Dock Community, or Dock Suite.
- Starter provides broad core software access with self-service guidance.
- Pro adds deeper automation, marketing, reporting, integrations, and selected premium capabilities shown in the order.
- Managed includes at least Pro software access plus bounded done-for-you services described in the order or service catalog.
Included human-user limits are 2 for Starter, 10 for Pro, and 25 for Managed. The account owner counts toward the limit. Extra seats, managed-service work, and usage-priced services may carry separate fees.
3. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials, keep user access current, and notify Grace & Cronos LLC after suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity by your authorized users and for configuring their permissions.
The customer owner controls the account. An upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, reactivation, or ownership transfer requires the owner or a person to whom the owner has granted billing authority. An incoming owner must accept an ownership transfer before Grace & Cronos LLC removes the former owner's special authority.
4. Customer content and data
As between you and Grace & Cronos LLC, you retain ownership of the customer content and business data you submit to the service. You grant Grace & Cronos LLC and its service providers a limited right to host, copy, transmit, display, and process that content to provide, protect, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.
You must have the rights, notices, consents, and lawful basis needed to collect and use customer content. You must not place regulated data in Dock unless the ordered service and a signed addendum support that use. Dock does not claim that the standard service satisfies HIPAA or another sector-specific regime, and Dock does not accept business-associate duties without a signed agreement.
Dock supports export where the underlying service supports it. Export format, completeness, and timing depend on the capability used. The Privacy Policy explains how Dock handles personal information.
5. Your use of Dock
You may use Dock for your internal business operations and to serve your own customers. You must follow communications-consent rules, privacy laws, payment rules, and the laws that apply to your business.
You must not use Dock to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send communications without the required consent, distribute malware, commit fraud, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or collect or disclose personal information without authority.
Grace & Cronos LLC may review suspected abuse and restrict the affected feature or account. It may act without advance notice when delay could expose a person, the service, or another customer to harm, fraud, unlawful activity, or service disruption. It will use a proportionate response where circumstances permit.
6. Third-party services
Grace & Cronos LLC relies on third-party infrastructure and may let you connect payment, communications, analytics, and other services. Separate third-party terms may apply. You authorize Grace & Cronos LLC to exchange the information needed to operate a connection you enable.
Feature availability, communications options, payment methods, and pricing may vary by country and provider. Grace & Cronos LLC does not control a third party's service, content, or contract. It will not treat a vendor capability that has not passed launch validation as a customer promise.
7. Fees, trial, and changes
A valid card is required for the 30-day public trial. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, Grace & Cronos LLC charges the selected monthly or annual subscription price shown at checkout. The subscription renews at the selected interval until you cancel. Canceling during the trial prevents the first subscription charge. Canceling after a charge stops the next renewal and leaves access through the paid term. Grace & Cronos LLC does not provide an ordinary prorated refund for unused time, subject to rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
To cancel, use any cancellation control available in your account or email [email protected] from an address associated with the account. Grace & Cronos LLC may verify that the requester has billing authority. A cancellation received before the trial end or renewal prevents that charge; a later request applies to the next renewal, subject to rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
Calls, messages, usage-priced email, AI, and other metered services are billed apart from the base subscription. Grace & Cronos LLC requires separate authorization before activating a metered service. The checkout record or order states the applicable price, billing method, and included service for the purchase it covers.
Grace & Cronos LLC may change the service to maintain security, respond to law or vendor changes, remove a feature that creates risk, or improve the product. A material reduction in paid functionality will receive notice when law and the situation permit. A price change applies no sooner than a later renewal after the notice required by applicable law.
8. Dock materials
Grace & Cronos LLC and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, templates, and training materials, excluding your customer content. During an active entitlement, Grace & Cronos LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the ordered service for your internal business purposes.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from Dock materials except where law grants a right that these terms cannot restrict. The same limited internal-business-use license applies to courses, recordings, templates, workshops, and other training or digital materials included in your order. You may not publish, distribute, resell, or sublicense those materials unless the order or a signed addendum permits it.
9. Suspension and termination
You may cancel using the method in the fees section. Grace & Cronos LLC may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment after the recovery period, unlawful use, security risk, or conduct that threatens the service. It will give notice and a chance to cure when the breach and law permit.
Cancellation stops renewal and preserves access through the paid or trial term unless Dock terminates for cause or law requires another result. Data retention and export after suspension or cancellation depend on the Privacy Policy, service capability, legal duties, and any active legal hold.
10. Warranties and liability
Grace & Cronos LLC does not promise a business result, revenue level, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or universal availability. Product demonstrations, forecasts, automation suggestions, and AI-assisted output require your review before use in your business.
To the extent applicable law permits, Grace & Cronos LLC provides Dock on an "as is" and "as available" basis and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These terms do not exclude liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. Dock does not make an uptime commitment, security certification, or regulatory-compliance guarantee unless a signed addendum states one.
11. Law, disputes, and notices
Contact [email protected] first about a service or billing concern. Nothing in these terms limits a complaint, cancellation, refund, privacy, or court right that applicable law makes non-waivable.
Send a formal legal notice to Grace & Cronos LLC, 2918 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11210, with a copy to [email protected]. These terms do not choose a governing law or exclusive forum and do not require arbitration or waive a jury or class proceeding. Applicable law determines those matters.
