Privacy Policy

  • Status: Effective
  • Effective date: August 31, 2026
  • Last updated: August 31, 2026
  • Controller: Grace & Cronos LLC
  • Notice address: 2918 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11210

Dock is a software service offered by Grace & Cronos LLC.

This policy describes the personal information Grace & Cronos LLC handles through Dock, why it handles that information, how it discloses it, and the choices available to individuals.

1. Scope and roles

Grace & Cronos LLC provides Dock and controls personal information used for Dock's public website, account administration, billing, support, security, and service operations. Dock is a software service offered by Grace & Cronos LLC. This policy does not cover a third-party service that provides its own privacy notice.

A Dock customer controls the business data placed in its workspace. Grace & Cronos LLC processes that data for the customer to provide, secure, and support the service. A signed Data Processing Addendum may add terms for a customer's use case.

2. Information Dock handles

  • Account and business information: names, business name, contact details, role, plan, edition, industry, market, users, and workspace settings.
  • Billing information: billing contact, subscription, invoices, payment status, limited payment identifiers, tax information, and transaction history. A payment provider handles full card details.
  • Customer content: contacts, communications, forms, calendar data, transactions, files, workflows, community or course content, and other information a customer chooses to place in Dock.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, pages or features used, logs, diagnostics, and security events.
  • Communications: support requests, feedback, survey responses, call or meeting records when disclosed, and preferences.
  • Integration information: identifiers, permissions, events, and content received from services a customer connects.

A customer chooses the content placed in its workspace. Do not upload health, payment-card, biometric, children's, or other regulated data unless the ordered service and a signed addendum support that use. Payment providers, rather than Dock, collect full card details.

3. Sources

Dock receives information from you, your authorized users, visitors, customer contacts who interact with a Dock-powered experience, connected services, payment and communications providers, and device or service logs. A customer may also import information from its existing business systems. The customer must have authority to provide imported information.

4. Why Dock uses information

Dock uses information to:

  • provide, configure, maintain, support, and secure the service;
  • create accounts, enforce entitlements, process billing, recover failed payments, and keep audit records;
  • deliver customer-directed communications, workflows, integrations, and other requested functions;
  • diagnose errors, prevent fraud and abuse, measure product use, and improve features;
  • respond to questions, manage preferences, enforce agreements, and meet legal duties; and
  • send product or commercial messages where the recipient has consented or law permits, with the required opt-out method.

5. Legal bases

Where law requires a legal basis, Grace & Cronos LLC relies on contract performance to provide an ordered service, legitimate interests to secure and improve Dock and operate the business, consent for an optional use that asks for consent, and legal obligations for records or disclosures required by law.

Grace & Cronos LLC balances its legitimate interests against the rights and interests of affected individuals. You may withdraw consent where consent supplies the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

6. How Dock discloses information

Dock may disclose information to:

  • service providers that host, secure, support, bill, communicate, analyze, or operate the service under contract;
  • integrations and recipients a customer directs Dock to use;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and transaction counterparties subject to suitable controls;
  • authorities or other parties when law requires disclosure or disclosure protects rights, safety, and service integrity; and
  • a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable notice and legal requirements.

Grace & Cronos LLC does not sell personal information for money or use personal information collected through the Dock public site for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some laws define "sale" or "sharing" more broadly. If a Dock practice falls within one of those definitions, Grace & Cronos LLC will provide the notice and opt-out method that law requires before using the information for that practice.

7. International processing

Dock and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where the information originated. Laws may differ across those countries. Grace & Cronos LLC uses contractual terms or another transfer safeguard when applicable law requires one.

8. Retention and deletion

Grace & Cronos LLC keeps personal information while an account or service relationship remains active and for the time needed to maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, collect amounts due, and meet legal duties. The nature of the information, the reason for collection, service capability, contractual duties, and legal requirements determine the retention period.

Customer-content retention depends on workspace status and the underlying service. Grace & Cronos LLC deletes or de-identifies information after the applicable retention need ends, subject to backup cycles and legal holds. Customers should export needed data before access ends.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent, opt out of qualifying marketing, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and appeal a request decision where law provides those rights.

Send a request to [email protected]. Dock may verify your identity and authority. If Dock processes information for a customer, Dock may direct the request to that customer or help the customer respond. Dock will not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right protected by law.

You may appeal a request decision or complain to the privacy regulator in your location where applicable law provides that right. Grace & Cronos LLC will respond within the period required by the law that applies to the request.

10. Cookies and similar technology

Dock uses cookies or similar storage for sign-in, preferences, security, and service operation. Dock may use measurement tools to understand page and feature use. Grace & Cronos LLC will request consent before setting a nonessential cookie where applicable law requires prior consent. Browser settings may block cookies, but blocking an essential cookie can prevent sign-in or another service function.

11. Security

Dock uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information in light of its nature and the service context. No transmission or storage method eliminates all risk. This policy does not claim PCI certification, SOC 2 status, a security guarantee, or compliance with a sector-specific regime.

12. Children

Dock serves businesses and people authorized to act for them. Dock is not directed to children under 13, and Grace & Cronos LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through public signup. A customer must not let a child create an account or submit a child's information unless the customer has a lawful basis and the ordered service permits that use. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child submitted information through Dock.

13. Contact and policy changes

Send privacy questions or requests to [email protected]. You may also write to Grace & Cronos LLC, 2918 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11210. Grace & Cronos LLC is the controller for the Dock public-site, account, billing, support, security, and service-operation information described in this policy.

Dock may update this policy as the service, law, or data practices change. Dock will post the revised date and provide any notice or consent that applicable law requires for a material change.
